So as promised here are the workout moves I’ve been doing for the last couple weeks to get my body ready for that teeny bikini for holiday!
Donkey Kicks – 3 minutes and 3 sets
Squats – 3 minutes and 3 sets
Hip Raises – Hold for 3 minutes and of course you guessed 3 sets
russian twists – amazing for abs!! again same as the others 3 minutes and 3 sets
There’s other moves I like to switch out but these are really kicking my body into gear at the moment! I’ve been doing these every other day because I need a rest day for sore muscles.
